"I have had to call Clark's Pools Inc. out about five times over the last two years to repair issues I have had with my pool pump as well as the system that controls everything with the pool, spa, etc. Pool is now 11 years old and things are starting to break down due to age. Each time I call I am greeted by the owner Jim's daughter Jillian in a very friendly, cheerful and professional manner. They always follow up with you the afternoon before they are scheduled to arrive with a very accurate window of when your service technician(Jim) will arrive which makes it great to plan the rest of your day. Jim is amazing at diagnosing what is wrong and what I appreciate the most, is able to explain it to me in layman's terms with different options on how to remedy the situation without breaking my bank account. Places I have used in the past are only worried about selling you as much stuff as possible. Jim doesn't do that and I greatly appreciate that. I would highly recommend using this great family owned, and family run business for all of your pool needs!"
